Because our jewelry is custom-made to order, our dedicated artisans require a processing time of 2-3 weeks. This ensures your piece receives the masterful attention it deserves.
If you realize there is an error, please contact us immediately. As your order is custom, we can update details only if production has not progressed too far. If the item has already been dispatched, we are unable to change the address and must wait for it to be returned to us before resending.
